Earned-first creative agency, Racepoint Global, today announced the promotions of Jenna Drouin to Senior Vice President and Maddy Hunter to Senior Vice President, Growth, joining Racepoint Global’s Executive Leadership Team. Jenna will continue to lead integrated client programs and the agency’s marketing strategy, while Maddy will lead business development and agency growth initiatives.
Jenna joined Racepoint as an intern in 2009 and has built her career helping clients tell compelling stories, strengthen their positioning, and connect with the audiences that matter. With seventeen years of experience in integrated communications, public relations, and social media, Jenna brings a combination of strategic perspective, creative thinking, and hands-on leadership. Her work spans B2B, consumer, and healthcare industries, with experience supporting clients including MediaTek, Analog Devices, E Ink, and Huawei.
Beyond her client work, Jenna leads Racepoint’s agency marketing strategy across social media, newsletter content, and earned media, shaping how Racepoint tells its own story and highlights its people and work.
Maddy joined Racepoint in 2025 as Vice President, Head of Agency Growth, becoming the first person to hold the role. She has helped shape the agency’s approach to business development, creating new opportunities and building relationships that support its growth. Her leadership extends across the agency through collaboration, mentorship, and a willingness to take smart risks.
Before joining Racepoint, Maddy held roles at The Marketing Arm, Jack Morton Worldwide and Stagwell. She brings experience in experiential marketing, brand strategy, communications planning, and business development, having worked with brands including Amazon, Google, Stripe, Andreessen Horowitz, Nestlé, AbbVie, and Unilever. In 2026, she helped Racepoint deliver one of its strongest years of new business in recent years, bringing in six new clients including MIPS and Velaura AI.
“Jenna and Maddy bring distinct strengths that help move Racepoint forward,” said Bill Davies, CEO of Racepoint Global. “Jenna combines creative storytelling with thoughtful client counsel and a deep understanding of our agency. Maddy has helped define our growth function, taking ownership of results and bringing colleagues together to pursue new opportunities. Both lead with care for their teams and a commitment to our success, and I’m excited to recognize their contributions with these promotions.”
“Starting at Racepoint as an intern gave me the opportunity to learn from talented people and discover what I love most about this work: finding a great story and bringing it to life,” said Drouin. “That still motivates me today. I’m proud of the relationships we’ve built and the work we’ve created together, and I look forward to continuing to help our clients and our agency turn creative ideas into meaningful impact.”
“What I enjoy most about leading growth at Racepoint is bringing people and ideas together to show prospective clients what we can accomplish for their business,” said Hunter. “We have a talented team with fresh perspectives and a real commitment to each other’s success. I’m proud to help introduce more brands to that team and excited to keep building relationships that create opportunities for the agency.”
