Real Chemistry, a leader in AI-driven insights and marketing and communications exclusively for the healthcare and life sciences sectors, today announced the launch of MaestroHCP, the first enterprise-level omnichannel orchestration platform designed to help pharmaceutical marketers plan, activate and measure HCP engagement with more speed, precision and control. The platform brings together audience intelligence, approved content, channel requirements and performance data in one workflow, helping marketers move more efficiently from insight to compliant execution.
Built to meet the unique demands of pharmaceutical marketing, MaestroHCP connects real-time personalization, next-best-action deployment, investment decisioning and closed-loop measurement across all active channels, enabling more precise engagement and optimization at the HCP level. For marketing teams, MaestroHCP provides a clearer way to identify eligible audiences, select messages and channels, and measure performance within the industry rules and guardrails.
“For years, marketers have invested in data, intelligence and sophisticated engagement strategies, yet the last mile between insight and execution has remained stubbornly manual, fragmented and difficult to scale,” said Elizabeth Beringer, President, Real Chemistry Media. “With MaestroHCP, we are unifying decisioning, orchestration and activation so marketers can deliver more relevant experiences to HCPs with greater transparency and control. The future of marketing is smarter orchestration, and MaestroHCP was made for it.”
The platform is designed to address four core execution challenges:
- HCP-level journey design: MaestroHCP enables individual-level, next-best-action activation by using AI models and engagement signals to recommend the right message, channel and timing for each HCP.
- Closed-loop measurement and optimization: MaestroHCP surfaces conversions and optimization opportunities so marketing teams can refine engagement strategies and act on performance insights faster.
- Investment decisioning: Rather than relying on fixed brand- or segment-level investment strategies, MaestroHCP uses performance, engagement and spend data across tactics to optimize channel mix and budget decisions at the individual HCP level.
- Adaptive intelligence over time: MaestroHCP uses audience and campaign data to continuously improve decisioning and omnichannel orchestration.
In an early pilot deployment, MaestroHCP showed promise in improving engagement and business outcomes — with engagement rates increasing by up to 57% compared with traditional approaches, and early signs of up to 2.5x greater product adoption of additional approved indications.
MaestroHCP was purpose-built for enterprise scale by specialists in pharmaceutical marketing, omnichannel activation, ad tech, product, engineering and data science investment, with Real Chemistry’s brand strategy and media expertise embedded throughout.
Developed in collaboration with the Professional Services team from Amazon Web Services (AWS), MaestroHCP integrates AI tools such as Amazon SageMaker to analyze more than 600 signals from each HCP and generate millions of precision-ranked recommendations. The platform’s pharma-specific operating requirements are embedded directly into its workflows, accounting for available channels, eligible audiences, inclusion lists, pricing, channel affinity, and legal and regulatory guidance. Marketers define guardrails that ensure MaestroHCP’s adaptive automation remains aligned with brand strategy and approved assets and channels. MaestroHCP supports self-service, managed service and blended operating models, giving marketers the option to work directly in the platform or alongside Real Chemistry’s expert teams.
“MaestroHCP was specifically built to help organizations harness AI with the governance, expertise and practical application required in pharmaceutical marketing,” said Shankar Narayanan, Chief Executive Officer of Real Chemistry. “By combining adaptive technology with the judgment of experienced marketers, this platform focuses our integrated media experts on what matters most: understanding customers, strengthening brand strategy and engaging physicians in more relevant ways. That’s where lasting value is created.”
MaestroHCP reflects Real Chemistry’s broader investment in intelligent tools purpose-built for healthcare and life sciences — solutions designed to help organizations apply AI in ways that are practical, governed and aligned with the regulatory realities of the industry.
