Trellist, Inc. today announced the Behavioral-to-Qualitative Bridge, a service that connects a client’s behavioral data, including CRM stage changes, product usage, and web analytics, to AI-led qualitative research through Quals.ai. The service answers the questions that data raises in as little as 24 hours.
The service grows out of Trellist’s direct response practice, where every offer, message, and piece of creative is tested against the one before it. Across that work, Trellist’s teams have found that lift follows understanding. Behavioral data shows where a customer dropped off or responded. A short, targeted interview study explains the reason. Then, verbatims let the creative team write in the customer’s own language, align with their views, and resolve their pain points.
When the data flags a moment worth explaining, such as a drop-off in a sign-up flow, an offer that underperforms, or an unexpected spike, Trellist routes it into a targeted Quals.ai interview study. AI-led interviews reach the customers involved and return their reasons in as little as 24 hours. Trellist’s direct response strategists turn those reasons into new messages, offers, and creative, then test them against the original.
“Behavioral data is excellent at telling you where to look,” said Gavin Garrison, Partner & Account Leader at Trellist. “The interviews contextualize everything. In direct response, knowing why a customer acted is how you write the message that lifts the next response.”
The Behavioral-to-Qualitative Bridge is available to current Quals.ai clients and as a standalone engagement for direct response, consumer, and business-to-business marketing programs.
