Botaris AI, Inc., an emerging leader in AI agent governance, today announced that cofounder KJ Gambhir has transitioned into a full-time role as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO). Gambhir will oversee global sales, marketing and strategic partnerships as the company advances its Authority Governance platform toward enterprise commercialization.
Gambhir brings more than a decade of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise technology, specializing in go to market strategy, channel development and strategic partnerships. He most recently served as Vice President of Partnerships at ArmorCode, following leadership roles at Apiiro and Immersive Labs.
“As AI adoption accelerates, organizations need greater visibility and control over the decisions autonomous agents make,” said Jonathan Edwards, Founder and CEO of Botaris. “KJ brings the industry experience, strategic relationships and commercial leadership needed to help establish Authority Governance as an essential component of enterprise AI infrastructure.”
In his role, Gambhir will lead Botaris’ commercial strategy with an emphasis on building a partner driven ecosystem and expanding enterprise adoption across regulated industries.
“AI agents are fundamentally changing how businesses operate, but governance must evolve alongside them,” said Gambhir. “Botaris is addressing a critical gap in enterprise AI security. I’m excited to help bring this technology to market and build the partnerships that will support its adoption at scale.”
The appointment marks an important milestone as Botaris expands its design partner engagements and prepares for its planned enterprise release in January 2027.
