Snappy Kraken, the growth platform powering marketing across wealth enterprises and advisory firms, today announced the launch of Office Hub, a new operating layer designed to help wealth management organizations coordinate marketing across regions, offices, teams and individual financial advisors. The launch advances Snappy Kraken’s Growth Orchestration strategy by addressing a longstanding gap in traditional marketing technology, giving the professionals responsible for supporting groups of advisors dedicated tools to manage marketing activity within broader enterprise strategies and standards.
For wealth management organizations with multiple offices, teams and affiliated firms, coordinating marketing across the business can be a challenge. Regional marketing managers must balance the needs of individual advisors with enterprise-wide branding, compliance and growth strategies, often without the tools or level of access suited to their responsibilities.
“Most marketing platforms were built around individual accounts and brands. But that’s not how large wealth management organizations operate. Between the home office and individual advisors, there are hundreds of teams, regions and offices with their own responsibilities and marketing needs, said Robert Sofia, CEO of Snappy Kraken. “Until now, that middle layer has been overlooked. We built Office Hub to give those teams the control and visibility they need while keeping everyone connected to the enterprise’s broader growth strategy.”
With Office Hub, marketing managers can oversee authorized advisor accounts from one workspace, see which advisors are active, still onboarding or need help with integrations, and coordinate profile and branding updates across their offices. By giving teams access to the tools and information relevant to their responsibilities, organizations can reduce repetitive administrative work and support advisors more efficiently without granting unrestricted enterprise access.
Office Hub connects three distinct layers of marketing operations within Snappy Kraken’s platform:
- Enterprise Hub: Gives enterprise leadership centralized control over marketing strategy, governance, compliance, branding and network-wide intelligence.
- Office Hub: Enables regional, office and team-level marketing professionals to manage delegated responsibilities, support advisors and monitor marketing activity across their groups.
- Advisor Experience: Provides individual advisors with the tools to execute campaigns, personalize marketing and strengthen client and prospect relationships.
This structure supports centralized, decentralized and hybrid marketing models, allowing firms to maintain consistency while giving local teams the flexibility to meet their advisors’ needs. It also helps organizations improve advisor adoption and execute marketing initiatives more efficiently as they grow.
The launch is part of Snappy Kraken’s broader shift from traditional marketing automation to Growth Orchestration, which connects strategy, intelligence and execution across an organization. Building on the September launch of Snappy AI, which helps marketing teams identify gaps and opportunities through AI-powered insights, Office Hub adds the organizational structure needed to coordinate marketing efforts across advisor networks.
Office Hub is included with Snappy Kraken’s Enterprise Hub offering and is available as an add-on for Teams beginning in October 2026. To learn more, visit snappykraken.com.
