“The best leaders I know never stop learning, challenging their own thinking, or surrounding themselves with people who push them to see things differently. That’s what excites me about joining the Forbes Business Council. I’m looking forward to learning from leaders navigating complex growth and transformation, while sharing some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about asking better questions, making courageous decisions, and doing the work to turn those decisions into impact, which directly aligns with MarketDesign’s mission to deliver tangible outcomes for our clients.” —Kara Rudy | Founder + CEO, MarketDesign Co.
